Testing, Maintenance,
Inspections, and Repairs
 Automatic Fire Sprinkler Systems
At Nor Cal Fire, we believe that fire sprinkler systems save lives and property as long as they are properly maintained. Regular maintenance inspections and testing are required by the State Fire Marshall and help ensure that your sprinkler system is in fire ready condition. During our routine inspections, your system is evaluated in order to assure you that your facility is being maintained and will function as designed.
We provide service to thousands of buildings in Northern California. Although it is almost impossible to know every aspect of each individual building, our customers take comfort in knowing that their sprinkler system has not been subject to any vandalism, deterioration or in-house maintenance problems.
Our testing crews are well trained and perform
5-Year tests on a daily basis. Just a quick glance
will tell you that Nor Cal Fire, Inc. has tested
your system. We leave the main control valve
and fire department connection clean and painted
as per local color code.
Fire Pump Testing
We test fire pumps weekly or annually as required.
As with all of our testing and maintenance contracts
we mail copies of the reports to you as well as
keeping copies at the job site and at our office.
 Fire Standpipe Systems – Wet, Dry, Combination, and Hydrants
We use our Crown pumper fire engine to do 5-Year hydrostatic pressure and flow testing. These life saving tests simulate actual fire department events that take place during a fire. We are one of the very few companies that use a fire engine for the most real and accurate testing of standpipe systems.
Fire Dept. Violations & Insurance Req.
Our office support staff and service manager will help relieve the pressure put on by insurance companies and fire department violation notices. In most cases we will deal with them directly so you can go about your business without worrying about nuisance calls or fines.
